Now it gets interesting.  This is likely to be a ‘watershed’ experience culminating in some very complicated public hearings during the comment period.  I’ve heard science-types suggesting the need for more data and fact-based studies.  Unfortunately, neither the states nor the private companies seem to be investing much in long-term science.
